Jason and Keith are awesome! The communication wasn’t so good at times but the work and the willing to fix anything that wasn’t right, over shadowed any miscommunication. Great company, excellent work!

We originally came across Elyod Construction when we were trying to determine how to cool down our house in summer. The HVAC guys we were dealing with were crooks trying to up sell us on an outrageously expensive AC system that probably would not solve our problem. I stumbled upon Elyod when searching for attic insulation (our attic is 130 degrees in the afternoon sun).

I can’t speak highly enough about these guys. Any time we tried to contact them we got answers almost immediately. They were constantly checking in on the work during the job and left our house just as clean as they found it. The spray foam insulation in our attic is definitely working as our house is now 3-4 degrees cooler than this time last year! Our attic is no longer a scorching 130 degrees at 5 in the afternoon but a tolerable 90, which is a huge help to maintaining a cool temperature in our house. If you are thinking about spray foam insulation in your house, I would recommend Elyod Construction.

This is to commend Elton Construction: The job had a minor setback. They still completed the job, I was compensated for the delay as a respectable/honest business would. I’m an ARMY veteran, they treated this American with Red White and Blue!

I was planning to do a full kitchen remodel myself but decided to outsource it to Elyod Construction, and I’m glad we did! From concept to completion, their team was professional, kept the job site clean, communicated throughout the process, and didn’t leave until we were 100% satisfied with the finished product. We absolutely love the fresh new look, marble countertops, and the extra cabinet space they created for us by taking out the old double oven. I even had space to add a wine fridge!!
